About the Shuttles

MEETING POINTS:
Terminal 3, Platform 26, right in front of Margaritaville
Terminal 4, Column C, in front of the Welcome Bar
Terminal 2, International arrivals, at the Welcome Bar
IMPORTANT:
All reservations must be with a booking window of at least 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, the service will depend on availability.
On arrival make sure to head to Travel Agencies Tour operators Exit located at the Airport. A staff member will be waiting and holding up a sign with your name on it. Once someone from the team has made physical contact with you, you will have a limited amount of time to get to the transportation vehicle: 10 minutes (for private transfers). In case you exceed this limit, no refund on the cost of the service will be allowed.
Please beware: Our shuttle services depart ONLY from the Travel Agencies Tour operators Exit. Make sure to head to the correct exit at the airport to avoid any inconveniences No extra payment will be requested during your service Van shuttle can delay a máximum of 15 minutes to pick up the guest.
In case the shuttle service is required to reach 2 different terminals, an extra payment of $30 MXN will be charged (Private service mostly).

For any changes or cancellations please contact the numbers above. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your arrival date only, otherwise the total of your reservation will be charged.
