Fixed price per service — not per person. Capacity 1 to 3 passengers. One-time payment of $884.85 MXN at booking.
Important information — Flex Eco Taxi service
Arrival instructions (Airport → Hotel)
When you land, please make your way to the Flex Eco Taxi Stand, always located in the TAXI AREA of the airport.
A team member will be waiting for you with a sign that has your name on it.
Once we’ve made contact, we kindly ask that you head to the vehicle within 15 minutes, as we cannot guarantee service or offer refunds after that window.
Departure instructions (Hotel → Airport)
Please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
Our driver will meet you there.
Once the vehicle arrives, there is a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. After this window, the unit may need to leave, and service cannot be guaranteed.
Transfer type
All transfers are private — we do not offer shared transportation at this time.
No extra charges
Your transfer is fully paid — there are no additional costs during the service.

Changes and cancellations
You can make changes or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. After that point, the full amount of your reservation will be charged. Changes requested within 24 hours of the service are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
