Important information — Flex Eco Taxi service (Hotel departure)
Pick-up instructions (Hotel → Airport)
Please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
Our driver will meet you there.
Once the vehicle arrives, there is a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. After this window, the unit may need to leave, and service cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival instructions (Airport → Hotel)
Head to the Flex Eco Taxi Stand, located in the TAXI AREA of the airport.
A team member will be waiting with a sign with your name.
Please head to the vehicle within 15 minutes after contact.
Transfer type
All transfers are private — we do not offer shared transportation at this time.
No extra charges
Your transfer is fully paid — there are no additional costs during the service.

Changes and cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Changes requested within 24 hours of the service are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
