Reservations & Advance Notice
Airport transfers to Mayan Monkey require a minimum of 2 days' advance notice.
If the service is requested with only 1 day of advance notice, the guest must contact the property directly by email so the request can be managed accordingly.
Booking Confirmation & Guest Information
Once the reservation is confirmed, an invoice will be issued including the guest's full details, which are required to operate the transfer service:
Airline
Flight number
Arrival time
Number of passengers
Pick-up time
Flight Monitoring
Impala is responsible for monitoring flight schedules, including any potential delays.
If adjustments are required, Impala will evaluate available options to ensure the passenger's transfer and, in some cases, may assume additional costs to guarantee the service.
Frequency, Schedule & Meeting Point
Departures operate hourly.
Latest booking time: 6:00 p.m. (end of operations).
Last-minute transfers may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Airport pick-up for departures is generally scheduled 4 hours prior to flight departure.
The airport meeting point is located at Umbrella Number 6.
No-Show & Force Majeure Policy
Both services are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the service is not eligible for a refund.
However, in cases of force majeure, such as airline cancellations, the guest must notify Mayan Monkey in advance. Under these circumstances, the supplier may evaluate the possibility of providing compensation or a refund, subject to itinerary review and Impala's discretion.
